Originally from Italy, I have been living in the UK for nearly 15 years working in the corporate sector, until I became conscious of the impact of modern life on body, mind and soul. A deep transformation began in 2013, when I started practicing yoga almost daily and I made the decision to embark on a 3-year diploma course in Naturopathic Nutrition at CNM London. I will be graduating as a Nutritional Therapist in August this year.
I am very passionate about health and well-being and particularly interested in the current development of nutritional science, coupled with the use of ancient traditional practices from Europe and Asia.
Well designed and implemented nutritional support can have very positive and long-lasting benefits on health.
True to a holistic approach, I apply a functional medicine methodology, covering all aspects of clients’ well-being, gathering information across all body systems and paying attention to emotional health and lifestyle too.
This leads to the unveiling of specific antecedents, triggers and mediators and the development of naturopathic aims and tailored dietary and lifestyle plans, directly negotiated with each client and aimed at supporting specific and general aspects of their lives.
