I started using this product about two months ago and I love it. I put a scoop in my coffee every morning. It does tend to clump a bit but I use a fork to stir it up and break up any clumps. It’s got a nice flavor and I like the low carb aspect of it.

I have tried many Omega 3 Supplements, including fish oil and vegan versions. This is the first one that does not give me heart burn and cause excessive burping. It may be the fact that no gelatin is in it. Or maybe because UK standards are higher for purity than in the U.S. Whatever the reason, I am so happy to find an Omega 3 supplement that I can take without any discomfort! Thank you!

It is hard to know if this helps more than my previous brand, but it is certainly better to take as there is no after taste. It prevents the joints in my hands from aching. The subscription price means it's competitively price and one of the the best quality products.
