Directions & warnings

Children aged 4 to 10 years - chew 1 gummy daily (chew thoroughly before swallowing). Adults and children aged 11 years and over - chew 2 gummies daily. Take with food. The daily dose may be divided between morning and evening. Do not exceed the stated dose.
