Each bottle contains 450ml, providing a 30-day supply at a daily dosage of 15ml (adult dose).

Adults and children aged 14+: 15 ml (3 teaspoons) daily.

Children aged 9 to 13 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily.

Children aged 5 to 8 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily.

Do not exceed the stated dose. Shake bottle well before using. Do not take on an empty stomach. Mix into water, milk or yogurt, or take straight from a spoon. Large doses of vitamin C may, in some cases, be mildly acidic on the stomach. For those who may be particularly sensitive to vitamin C, it is recommended to divide the daily dose between morning and evening and dilute with liquid. Manufactured in a positive-pressure environment; a convex seal and escape of air are expected during first-time use.

High absorption formula

Absorption of standard vitamin C is very limited. We use liposomal technology to shield vitamin C in a lipid layer, delivering higher levels to the body. This technology allows vitamin C to survive in the harsh environment of the stomach, and fuses directly with the cells of the intestine to bypass restricted absorption pathways. Liposomes also protect vitamin C from oxidation in the blood, preventing excretion by the kidneys.

We also use chelated forms of zinc, copper and the natural form of selenium, known for optimal bioavailability and biological activity.

Effective doses for immune health

Formulated with effective doses for intensive immune support long term. A single 1000mg dose of liposomal vitamin C achieves beneficial blood plasma levels. This compares to standard vitamin C as ascorbic acid, which reaches saturation at about 200mg, requiring micro dosing several times per day for effective support.

As mineral absorption is complex, we have considered interactions with the diet. To ensure balance, high absorption zinc bisglycinate is delivered at a potent dose of 15mg whilst being mindful not to provide excess zinc.

Optimal ratios for safe long-term use

While some forms of zinc and copper compete for absorption in the body, the bisglycinate forms we use are absorbed via peptide channels. This allows both zinc and copper to be absorbed intact, without competing with other minerals in the intestinal tract.

With both minerals essential for supporting immune function and antioxidant defence systems, it is important to maintain an optimal ratio of around 15:1 for long-term immune health maintenance. This formula contains precise levels of copper to keep the ratio in balance.

My favourite product .received on 12 th March with BBE date 7/2025 printed on but clearly stated on the label that should be used within 6 months of opening.
It is a poor customer care and service.

Easy way to take vitamins

The taste is a little bitter for my taste, but partner loves it. I have trouble swallowing pills, so this is an excellent way to take the daily vitamins necessary to help your immune system!

Great liposomal vit C +

First time purchase, very pleased after lots of research. A big bottle, it will last a long time, great price too. it is a non clear, thick liquid with a golden honey colour, it smells of vitamins (not surprising at all) with a pleasant aroma, easy to dilute in water or juice, giving it a milky colour. With a small dessert spoon, drink it 3x a day or less if you wish. It is recommended to have it with food and not on an empty stomach.You get the full benefits in this liposomal format without added binders and fillers, etc. Keep it in the fridge once opened.

??It is built directly into the cell??

I prefer Liposomal vitamin C preparations over normal vitamin C preparations.Because it is made with a technology that helps it build up immediately into cells and is not quickly eliminated from the body.I have consumed and tested several products already!There are different flavors and price categories on the market.In addition to vitamin c, this test product also contains several useful supplements that support the body.These comply with the product description.I consume 15 ml of the product every day, usually in the morning.I made a test video for you so you can take a closer look at the product.The smell is very pleasant. The taste isn't bad either, but it has a little aftertaste that's not so good for me, but it can be endured. Excellent liposomal Vitamin C supplement which is pleasant to swallow!

This Ingennus brand of liposomal vitamin C contains 1000mg vitamin C per 15ml serving, together with 15mg zinc bisglycinate, 1mg copper and 70mcg selenomethionine (the natural form of selenium). I have tried another form of liposomal vitamin C before, but it can be unpleasant to swallow ‘neat' because it has a fatty texture by nature (the vitamin C is encapsulated in a liposomal layer which enables it to be absorbed through the intestine wall and to the cells where it is used, without being damaged or lost during the digestive process).This, however, has been prepared as a smoothie-type drink, and emulsified in purified water, flavoured with natural flavours (vanilla and citrus) and coloured with natural beta carotene. This makes is much more palatable and easy to take your daily dose. The flavour is actually very pleasant – like a cross between vanilla sponge cake mix and a very strong citrusy, zingy sherbet and I found it much easier to swallow than other liquid preparations.At the dosage for adults and children aged 14+ is 15ml per day which lasts 30 days, so would cost approx 83p per day, which I consider to be very good value when compared to other liposomal vitamin C supplements. It is also suitable for children from age 5 upwards (5ml per day = 90 day supply) and 9-13 years (10ml per day = 45 day supply).This is definitely worth trying if you want an effective way of supplementing vitamin C.

Great high-dose Vitamin C supplement with Zinc

Great high-dose Vitamin C supplement with Zinc, Copper, and Selenium. We used to take it daily, but now we just take it when I remember. It gives me peace of mind knowing we have a natural remedy on hand to support our immune systems if we get sick. The only downside is the overly sweet taste, which is why I originally stopped buying it. But since it's hard to find a high-quality alternative from a trusted brand, I came back to it. I've found that taking it on a spoon and swallowing it with a glass of water helps manage the sweetness!

The best winter cold prevention for reasonable price

I have been buying this for a few years, whenever I start to feel a cold coming on, I dose up and the cold is not as severe. I fell out of the habit this year, and it really made a difference, my cold lasted much longer and was more severe. It works!!!!

Quality at a good price point

Purchased as we head into cold and flu season. I take 3 tsp a day (recommended for 1000mg a day) and I’ve been surrounded by people with colds- every time I feel something coming on, I up my dosage a little and I have managed to stay healthy even after being exposed to confirmed covid folks. I love that it combines C with both zinc and selenium- I think that provides an extra layer of more balanced immune support. The product is easy to take and tastes good. Definitely keep stocked up on this as we head into the colder months!

Not sure

Probably haven’t taken it for long enough to feel benefits but really not keen on the taste. It’s quite thick & sticks to the spoon. I mix it in with mango & passion fruit kefir (which makes it a bit more palatable but spoils the taste of the kefir!) but I find it really repeats on me. I like that it’s liposomal which is why I bought it but don’t think I’ll be buying it again☹️

Firstly, you could try taking only a teaspoon at a time rather than the full adult serving of 1 tablespoon. seasonal illness seem reduced

Seems to be effective where colds & flu were an issue. Also, I double-dose if I start to get symptoms - this appears to ward off the worst effects of colds/flu. I see there's a comment re: sicky sweetness - I get around this by mixing 15ml with 100ml water - the sweetness is then negligable. Great product.

Sickly Sweet

Consistency is fine but the product is sickly sweet. This needs to be unsweetened for people on keto.

We don't add sweeteners to this product; the sweetness comes from the glycerol that forms the base of the product; it is naturally sweet. Glycerol is a sugar alcohol and doesn't affect blood sugar to the same extent as sugar and some other sweeteners do. This may or may not be suitable for you; if you'd prefer an alternative form of quality vitamin C, we have Super Vitamin C Complex tablets which contain vitamin C microencapsulated in plant lipids, with citrus bioflavonoids, for added stability and absorption.

Great Product

I think this is one of the major reasons I’ve only come down with a mild cold once this year. Tastes great mixed in with yoghurt or in a smoothie.

Synthetic taste, sweet. Didn't like it

Not a great fan of sweet tasting Vitamins - its too sickly for my liking, So Iv given it away.

Great for hiding other stuff!

I have been using this on a spoon for my children, I mix in one of the ‘maintain’ omega 3 capsules squeezed onto it and some vitamin D drops from elsewhere. They have it but preferred the old berry flavour! Works for us anyway and I feel like they both pick up less illness and are happier in general with taking all of these supplements. They love the new children’s gummies!
