It was formulated to provide omega-3, a vitamin B-complex, vitamin D, L-theanine, magnesium, and several other vitamins and minerals—so it covered a lot of nutrients, but at medium doses.
As an alternative to this, if your main goal is general health with a solid nutritional foundation, we would recommend our Wild Fish Oil & Astaxanthin (1 twice daily for a full dose) and an appropriate Multivitamin & Minerals (1 twice daily for a full dose) - we offer formulations specifically designed for men, menstruating women, and women 50+ (suitable for menopausal and post-menopausal women), which all provide active, methylated B-vitamins, chelated minerals, and other useful micronutrients in highly absorbable forms.
If, however, your main health goal is supporting stress resilience and emotional health, Ashwagandha+ L-Theanine & Magnesium may better suit your needs.
