Igennus is an independent family-run nutrition company based in Cambridge, UK. Founded in 2003 by Chairman Jav Nazemi, we remain committed to a simple belief: nutrition should be effective, accessible and easy to understand. Today, Igennus is led by CEO Mina Nazemi, who has helped shape the business for over 20 years. Together with a close-knit team of in-house nutritionists, scientists and healthcare professionals, we continue to develop innovative nutritional supplements backed by scientific research and extensive clinical experience.

Our story
We were founded in 2003 by our Chairman, Dr Jav Nazemi, and our story began with a personal experience. Inspired by the impact that targeted nutrition had on a relative's heart health, Jav recognised the clinical potential of omega-3 but identified a gap in high-quality products.
This led to the creation of the UK's first ultra-pure EPA supplement in 2003. Over the years, we have expanded far beyond a single nutrient. Guided by scientific research and an innovative approach to developing high-impact nutritional solutions, we have grown our range to support health at every stage of life.
Along the way, our mission has evolved too. We believe that nutrition should not only be effective, but also accessible and easy to understand. That's why we've grown our nutrition team to provide clear education and personalised support, helping people feel confident in managing their health.
