These seem to be good.
Bottle seems rather large and my pee turns orange.
That's it really and time will tell how benificail they will be.

I suppose these are good, I seem to have more energy, but 2 things.1) the bottle is only about 1/5th full..so might aswell either fill it up or use a smaller bottle2) they make your wee bright orange!

This product is perfect for my day to day life demands and needs.

Don't exactly taste the best, but do what they're supposed to do, especially for my needs (it turns out that due to my specific genetics, standard B-vitamins don't work for meb - I specifically require the methylated forms to process them properly).

I had cancer in 2022. I ended up with permanent neuropathy in my feet after the chemo. The pain was excruciating and I could barely walk. I did some research and found the B vitamins, especially high dose of B-12, are especially beneficial for neuropathy. I’ve been taking it now for 3 years now and will likely continue taking it for the rest of my life. I’m not cured of my neuropathy, but I’m able to walk some distances without screaming in pain. Been taking these for 6 weeks now and seem to be effective. Have bought a 2nd pack to continue using them

I have only been taking them for a couple of weeks so not enough time to give an accurate review but I will do my best. I wanted to feel less tired but have not given myself enough time to notice. The contents are not capsules but smallish orange coloured tablets, I have Sjogrens so do sometimes have a problem swallowing them and I’m not liking the taste and it colours the urine. I will definitely carry on taking them In The hope I stop feeling so tired which I’m sure I will.

This is my first bottle of this particular b12. I was using a different one for over a year, but I've noticed I feel a little more energetic. I've been taking them for nearly a month and have started to feel less tired.
