Each bottle contains 120 softgels, providing 120 servings at a daily dose of 1 softgel.

 Adults: take 1 softgel daily with food. 


For additional support, take 1 softgel twice daily, morning and afternoon.

2 years ago found CQ10 the most beneficial support of my heart health after BP tabs became unnecessary for me.
