The calcium and magnesium tablets come in an easy to open container. There are 60 tablets in each container which means you have a month's supply if you take the recommended dose of 2 a day. There are clear instructions to take with food and to split the dose between morning and evening. They are easy to swallow and are easily digested without leaving any after taste.

I welcome the inclusion in these calcium tablets of supporting minerals and co-factors to aid function and work practically in absorption and uptake, as opposed to other branded supplements that put flavour and solubility first. After all, supplements are not 'sweets'. That's fine for anyone who wouldn't get them down otherwise of course, but not for me.
