Be Kind Kids & Adults Calm Magnesium Gummies have been expertly formulated to support mental wellbeing and to help promote nighttime relaxation. This clean-label supplement contains only hypoallergenic ingredients, with no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. The gummies are developed for everyday use for both kids and adults, with a natural watermelon flavour. 1 gummy daily for children aged 4-8 and 2 gummies for adults and kids aged 9+.

This formula provides a meaningful dose of 60mg elemental magnesium per gummy, derived from 594mg magnesium citrate. The fully-reacted magnesium is highly bioavailable and gentle on the gut, ensuring optimal absorption and effective utilisation by the body. A potent dose of L-theanine and vitamin B6 are blended with magnesium for mental wellbeing. L-theanine is a calming amino acid, and vitamin B6 helps to replenish nutrient stores as B6 may be depleted during times of stress.

Bioavailable forms

In the gut, magnesium uptake is dependent on solubility, with insoluble forms being the hardest to absorb. In this formula, we only use a fully-reacted form (magnesium bonded to its carrier) to enhance absorption. As fully-reacted magnesium citrate has superior solubility, higher levels are dissolved in the gut for absorption in the intestines.
 

Gentle on the gut

To overcome common digestive side effects experienced with magnesium supplements, we provide fully-reacted magnesium citrate, which is gentle on the gut. We also only use hypoallergenic ingredients to ensure our product is pure and gentle for individuals with sensitive digestion.  

Natural watermelon flavour

Our gummies are formulated with a natural flavour and colour, and are free from sugar and artificial sweeteners. We only use stevia and maltitol for a subtle sweet taste, natural watermelon flavour and natural colour derived from carrot.
