High Absorption Curcumin C3 Complex® utilises a unique, soluble form of Curcumin C3 Complex to overcome the poor absorption of standard curcumin. Standard 95% curcumin extract is naturally hydrophobic meaning it is insoluble in water and therefore unable to pass through the thin water layer barrier that lines the insides of the gut. To overcome this, our formula utilises a unique hydrogel dispersal technology that enhances stability and solubility resulting in 300% increased absorption and rapid uptake.

UK made supplement

This Igennus Ultra Soluble Curcumin C3 Complex is made in the USA in a GMP facility. It is Non-GMO and vegan. This product is not tested on animals.This comes in tamper evident packaging with a seal around the lid and another on the lip of the bottle. This contains 90 easy to swallow capsules, which is a 90 day supply.I purchased this in 3/2024 and this expires in 02/2027. IMO this is a good value. YMMV

Confusing Ingredients

These came well packaged and despite the bit of loose orange powder within the bottle, the taste wasn't overly strong like pure turmeric. The capsules are average size, easy to swallow. However, the supplement facts are a little confusing, as far as how many milligrams of what we're actually getting per serving. It reads "Curcumin C3 Complex (r) Dispersible of *which* Curcuminoids," spread over two lines with two amounts. So as far as I can tell, each capsule is only 210mg curcuminoid and the rest is a secret? That's like a Coke can saying their ingredients are Coca Cola of which 90% is water. The other brand I had been taking was straightforward: 1000mg of curcumin per capsule...which is a lot more than these for about the same price.

Great benefits

This supplement really works for me.The capsule is on the large side so needing plenty of water to swallow. It has a slightly earthy smell but not unpleasant.

Helps Aching Joints

My husband has used these capsules for a while now and he says it helps with his arthritic aches. He did run out of them and found his pain increased whilst not using them. I have found these very easy to take. They don’t leave any after taste and work wonders on my joints. I have aches on my legs, knees and elbows but these tablets really do ease the pain. I can tell when I stop taking for a few months as the pain normally comes back.

Product is good when it works, but batches are inconsistent IME

This is a good quality curcuminoid extract, or at least 2 batches of it were. the last batch did absolutely nothing which I should have known by the smell of the capsules. they have no aroma to them whatsoever. i used to buy C3 Complex powder from a company who's name I forget now and it was just aromatic as fresh turmeric itself, if not more so. this is generally my issue with a lot of supplement companies in the UK. the quality or the consistency of quality just isn't there, or they are flat out lying about what their products contain in some cases (not Igennus. speaking in general)if i was to list every single company in the UK i know for a fact are not doing half the things they claim, there wouldn't be enough space in this comment box, but i will make light of one since a lot of people seem to place them on a pedestal (cough cough. one of them is Time Health though. speak a big game, but cannot back up any of their claims with anything other than COA's from the supplier. no batch testing like they claim and certainly no 3rd party testing. just assays of their assay which amounts to nothing)If you get lucky with the batch, this is a good product, but i'd look elsewhere if you want consistency from batch to batch. and why would you not want that.Amazon wont let me list recommendations for other products without denying the review, but if you Google about for a supplement company with the initials ND, they come highly recommended from me. unbeatable quality
