Each box contains 60 softgels, providing a 1-month supply at a daily dosage of 2 capsules.

Adults: take 1 softgel twice daily. For additional support, the dose can be doubled. Children 12 to 16 years: 1-2 softgels daily. Children 6 to 11 years: 1 softgel daily. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose. For best results, take Pharmepa RESTORE morning and evening as a split dose and with food for optimum absorption. 

 

This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Pure EPA from wild fish oil

This fish oil provides EPA only, which has been concentrated for health benefits. Derived from sustainable wild anchovies from the clean waters of the South Pacific, which are less prone to pollutant build-up than larger longer-lived species.
 

The oil is sourced from the body of the fish as it is purer than fish liver oil, and is purified using molecular distillation, ensuring it is free from methylmercury, PCBs and dioxins. Our oils are checked to ensure purity, active ingredients, nutritional value and safety.

 

Concentrated small softgels

This 90% super concentrated wild fish oil has been formulated to provide an effective, intensive dose without over-saturating the body. At triple the concentration of a standard fish oil, each serving provides 1000mg of the active omega-3 EPA.

 

The softgels are smaller than standard fish oils but contain more active ingredients as the re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form provides a higher concentration of omega-3 EPA per volume of oil. This superior rTG form is easily utilised by the body, raising cellular levels of omega-3 three times more than standard fish oil.
 

Enhanced with lemon flavour

We add natural lemon flavour to the oil to ensure no fishy odour or reflux. Our fish oil softgels can be pierced and added to juice, yoghurt or food for those who cannot swallow capsules, providing a pleasant lemon flavour.

 

Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol is also added as an antioxidant to protect the delicate omega oils from oxidative damage. Our blister packs further protect the capsules from oxygen, ensuring the oils are fresher for longer, maintaining the health beneficial properties of omega-3 EPA.

Heart health

Providing a daily dose of 1000mg EPA, this super concentrated fish oil supports normal heart function. Managing triglyceride levels and maintaining a healthy blood pressure are both important for heart health.

Appears to be a good, quality supplement

As someone with severe CFS/ME and various other illnesses, I tend to react very poorly to many supplements. Luckily, I've had zero reaction to this supplement and I've been taking it for several months now. I haven't noticed a massive improvement to my health, but I am mostly taking this to boost my omega 3's, as I have a limited diet and wouldn't be getting enough of what I need, day to day. These capsules are very small, but can be opened up and sprinkled on food. These are very light tasting, not overly fishy and the lemon flavour is pleasant. They are much easier to take than other capsules, from other brands. I store them in the fridge and I like that they are sealed in packets to keep them ultra fresh and I've never had them go off. They are pricey, but when you read about how most supplements on the market are not regulated and omega 3's especially can go rancid and actually do the opposite of good in your body, it pays to go with a brand that you have more faith in. And I have more faith in this brand and would recommend this if you can afford it.

These aren't just a supplement, they're a life line

I discovered pure EPA had been used to improve mental health a few years ago after yet another night of depression due to my bipolar 2 disorder. So I tried it and I've never looked back. Both my husband and I take 3 in the morning and again at night and we are both more resilient and positive than we've ever been.

We've both had stages in our lives on antidepressants but wouldn't even consider them now. Pure EPA (not blended with DHA) is the answer!
