Following listening to Gary Brecka on Diary of a CEO, I had a DNA Methylation test. As a result I began taking methylated folate and B12, plus P-5-P version of B6. I tried various combinations to optimise the doses needed but ultimately I wanted to take just one tablet of a broad spectrum B vitaminsfor better balance. I was already taking igennus digestive enzymes which I'd found the best I'd tried, so I decided to try this multi-vitamin.

I find one tablet a day is perfect, whereas two is too stimulating for me. This makes sense because I only tolerate 400mcg of folate from other brands. It must be a well balanced amount of all the B vitamins because I feel very well on it.

Seems to be effective where colds & flu were an issue. Also, I double-dose if I start to get symptoms - this appears to ward off the worst effects of colds/flu. I see there's a comment re: sicky sweetness - I get around this by mixing 15ml with 100ml water - the sweetness is then negligable. Great product.
