This Berber one has clean ingredients and I liked taking it after each meal to curb insulin resistance which is more common in my age group over 50s menopause
They stop the sugar spike which is essential
Am sure they have contributed to less stomach fat in my case over the months I took them so five stars

So far so good . Started to take one a day but upped to two and see the benefits already.
3kg down not snacking as before .. wanna try for longer period and will see if more changes come.

I’ve used this for a month and have just re-purchased. It’s gentle on my sensitive gut, which not all berberine supplements have been in the past. I bought it for its appetite regulating properties and also as it can be helpful for gut dysbiosis. Not a miracle cure but I’ve noticed a reduction in my 3pm cravings, and I’m finding it easier to stick to my 16:8 programme, so it’s helping.

I decided to try this as I read that Berberine is good for the gut microbiome. If I take it every day it cuts my appetite which could be of benefit at a future point in time. I take it less frequently and hope that it is of benefit to the microbiome.
I’m happy that it’s free from the fillers & flow agents that you see in many supplements.

My mother reported better appetite control after eating meals with carbohydrates.
There was less postprandial somnolence.

I am using this to help deal with high blood sugar. It is a useful alternative to metformin but other other factors are likely to be more significant. For example, the amoiunt of sugar consumed.

Started off with 1 capsule and seen positive result along with adapting my diet and will be progressing to 2 capsules a day. Very pleased with the product and it will become a staple in managing insulin. No side affects experienced which I put down to being a clean product without any nasty binders and fillers .

Excellent product

I had researched this supplement and finally decided to order it as this was the best form I had found and really wish I had ordered earlier.
I am 53 years and in the menopausal phase of life with little symptoms bit my weight has been an issue.
After only one month and no other dietary changes my weight has finally stabilised and now starting to go down.

I am using this supplement instead of using metformin. The aim is to help manage blood sugar levels. My blood sugar readings are better. But this may be for a range of reasons including intermittent fasting and not just supplements.

Good product for the price.

I take berberine as a means of managing my blood sugar levels. Over the past couple of years, I’ve tried various brands but like prescribed meds, I found my stomach suffered. I find this brand easy on the stomach and it really works. It’s more absorbable than others I’ve taken and the added bonus is I’ve lost weight too although that wasn’t my primary objective. Now I’ve found it, I’ll keep taking it.
