Directions & warnings

Adults dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml cold water. Alternatively, the tablet may be split and dissolved in 250ml cold water and taken morning and afternoon. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Bioavailable B-vitamins

Each ingredient has been selected for optimum absorption and biological activity, so they are instantly usable in the body. We provide vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) rather than the cheaper poorly absorbed cyanocobalamin form, for enhanced uptake. We use the body-ready form of folate (as 6S-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) rather than synthetic folic acid often used in standard supplements. Similarly, we include vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), the only form of B6 with cofactor activity.
