Really noticed improvement with stiffness

Great product. This actually reaches the brain and cells whereas standard curcumin and black pepper only reach the gut and liver.

We have used curcumin for many years and it works to lessen pain. Occasionally we have trialled stopping it and a higher level of pain returns. So it’s worth taking it daily.

I was after a tested and superior form of Curcumin that would help with my inflammation levels , after discussions with the igennus team I found this product. After bloodwork before and after taking the product , I have reduced CRP levels (inflammation marker) and I am a happy customer

though In have only been taking this for a month I feel a difference in terms of resilience from things going around but it also complements the Collagen powder I am taking really well , I am very pleased with it.

Noticeable difference in my joints when I take this .. great product

I have had problems with arthritis in my knees for a number of years and had bern taking turmeric and black pepper but that was now having little or no effect so I was having to take a lot of pain killers. My sister has been taking Optimised Curricum for almost a year and was telling me to give it a try. So after alomost three weeks of taking it I noticed I was no loo indeed needling as many pain killers. Now I'm half way through my 2nd bottle and I'm not taking any pain relief. My knees are by no means fixed but the pain has virtually gone, I still get twinges now and again. I'm delighted with the results and recommend it to friends. Thanks to my sister for giving me the heads up.

I have been using Longvida for almost four years. I have arthritis and after taking this product, I feel much better. My aches from the arthritis are very minimal. Longvida is easy on the digestion unlike other turmeric I have used. I highly recommend this product.

Have been taking this for a while now and find it very helpful. Would not want to be without it. A good antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, while also promoting the immune response. The Longvida Optimised curcumin is also said to bypass the hazards of digestion and transport through the body that dietary turmeric is subject to. It being the active constituent of turmeric, which we don't eat enough of in the west, or get enough vitamin D from sunshine either.

This makes a real and noticeable improvement to everyday aches and pains - particularly noticeable when I ran out and forgot to re-order!

It is hard to know if this helps more than my previous brand, but it is certainly better to take as there is no after taste. It prevents the joints in my hands from aching. The subscription price means it's competitively price and one of the the best quality products.

Definitely helped as it was advertised

This stuff is definitely the real deal. Very highly absorbable and effective.Unfortunately, it made my system upset like I've never felt before. I took the 1 capsule of curcumin with breakfast and felt dehydrated all day. By evening, my lips were incredibly dry despite drinking an obscene amount of water. I went to bed with a crazy tummy ache. Woke up, then immediately had explosive diarrhea. Still recovering two days later.My partner also had extreme dehydration despite chugging water all day, and just generally just feeling "off". He is also Type 1 Diabetic and the dehydration caused an unpleasant episode of hyperglycemia.I'm sure for most people, this supplement works great! It didn't work out for us, but I can assure you that it's very potent.

I've been taking this for many years, initially to cope with and inflamed foot joint following damage. It noticeably worked for this, but has had added benefits on my sleep patterns as a long-term light sleeper. Excellent value for a good quality supplement.

I had diarrhea every day after using this product. As soon as I stopped using it, my diarrhea stopped.
