Ive been through my fair share of multivitamins and prenatals. This brand definitely hits the head on the nail with the price, slow-release formula, customer service, and mix of vitamins/dosage. The two pills are super easy to take, I feel energized, very easy on my stomach, and the size of them are not too big. I notice with some multivitamins, constipation or those after burps can occur. I havent had any gut/stomach issues with this brand. Which is a 10/10 for me! Great quality overall!

I was looking for a multivitamin that was methylated and also contained iron. I have noticed that since I bought these, they have changed it to where it' s not called multivitamin, minerals, and vitamins with iron. It' s just called like multivitamin for women, so I' m not sure what the difference is.

I have been using these vitamins a while and have never had any issue. MFG safety seal was missing on the first bottle that i opened. Bizarre thing is the shrink wrap around the cap was there. I went ahead and checked second bottle for safety seal and it was in place. Replacement bottle would be greatly appreciated along with instructions for return or destroy of this bottle. I will not use these vitamins that the mfg safety seal is missing. See uploaded pictures for oe of missing seal and bottom of the bottles containing traceability.

I am fussy about supplements, as I think many formulations from high street chemists are full of cheap low quality forms of vitamins in either pointlessly low amounts in a multi vitamin, or massive doses if bought individually! I was looking for a well balanced daily multi for the family, and having been impressed with Igennus' omega 3 products, looked at this. I would wholeheartedly recommend it. The balance of nutrients is great, and the forms they are present in are superior (e.g. Folate instead of Folic Acid, methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin). The slow release formula and 2 a day adult dose means you can take 1 morning and 1 at dinner to maximise absorption and utilisation by the body. (Not expensive pee!) The shape of the tablets also I find easier to swallow than capsules. It is vegetarian-friendly (no gelatine, no animal testing). I think it is good value for the quality, too. All in all, delighted to find this and would genuinely recommend!

Easy to swallow, no nasty after-taste and covers the main parts of my nutrient needs to give a baseline to supplement my diet. I like the fact they are timed release too to feel like the benefits are more consistent.

I purchased these vitamins after they were recommended to me by a friend. I'm currently on my second batch. They are easy to take, I have 1 after breakfast & 1 after dinner. Since I've been taken them I have noticed that the dizzy spells that I was frequently getting have stopped. I'm very happy with that. I have recommended these to my sister & my niece.
